This isn't going to come soon enough

Blair is apparantly going to stand down as an MP after sitting a full third term as PM.

It's really quite sad that instead of mourning the end of an unprecedented three term Labour premiership, alot of people are celebrating. His tenure will probably been seen in years to come as one which took Britain into an expensive and needless war, brought Al-Qaedia terrorism to English shores, and moved the Labour party more to the centre right.

Let's hope good sense prevails and he resigns four years in to let Brown build up momentum for the next General Election.
